Welcome to Bojangles Art of Dance, where our goal is to ensure that children of all ages and abilities will enjoy a fulfilling experience in the art of dance and the performing arts. During the formitive years, it is so important that young children enjoy and look forward to dance class which we ensure through exceptional teaching methods, constant nurturing and the careful building of confidence and self-esteem.

Registration for our new 2006-2007 season.  This year's season starts on Monday, September 11th, 2006 and ends on Saturday, June 23rd, 2007.

You can register at anytime by calling the Bojangles Studio at 519-570-2787.

Please print off and complete a separate registration form for each child that you are enrolling and bring the signed form(s) with you to the studio.

                     

If you are a newcomer to Bojangles, we want you to know that our policies are designed to guarantee that every student receives the utmost attention, an opportunity to advance, and to support the disciplines so vital to the success of every personal achievement.

Returning parents should also take a few moments to review the policies listed below as each year normally brings some minor adjustments and changes to makes things run even that much more smoothly.

Tuition Fees

We will only be accepting void cheques.  Please contact the studio if you have any further questions concerning our fees.

Holidays

The following dates will be holiday times at the studio.  These classes have already been taken into account when calculating the fee structure for the year.
We will be closed:
THANKSGIVING: Monday October 9th, 2006
CHRISTMAS: Classes end on December 22nd, 2006 & begin on January 6th, 2007
MARCH BREAK: Sunday March 18th to Saturday March 24th, 2007

Dance Apparel

All dance apparel may be purchased at Inspirations Dance Wear, 54A Queen Street South, Kitchener and/or The Dressing Room, 55 Erb St. E. Waterloo.
All hair must be neatly and securely fastened.  Ideally, hair should be in a bun. Only buns are acceptable in all ballet classes.

Beginner Ballet

Pale pink or pale blue leotard (tank, short sleeve or long sleeve).
White ankle socks or pink ballet tights.
Regulation ballet skirt.
Head band in hair.
Pleated toe, soft ballet slipper in pink, full sole.

Ballet

Regulation ballet body leotard
.
Pink ballet tights.
Leg warmer (optional).
Ballet sweater (optional).

Kids n' Motion and Tiny Tots

Any style leotard and tights, no bathing suits.
Black patent tap shoe.
Gym slipper.

Street Tap, Jazz & Hip Hop Classes

For Street Tap and Jazz, any costumes with black tap shoes.

For Hip Hop, non-skid running/tennis shoes (used indoors only).
Comfortable loose clothing.

Dance Bags

We strongly suggest a Dance Bag with your child's name on it, to keep all belongings together.

Family File

You will have your own family file at the Information Centre.  Make sure you check your file for letters, newsletters and information regularly, as no letters are sent home.
